CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOW POLICY: If rescheduling is made less than 48hours from the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required upon re-booking. If appointments are cancelled less than 24hours or there is a no-show, 100% of the service will be charged to the card on file. REFILL POLICY: A refill requires at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. If you have less than 40%, you will be required to pay the full set price. Anything over 4 weeks will be a Fullset.
